The Palazuel Bridge is a road structure of the Southern Branch of the Castile Canal located in the municipality of Corcos (Valladolid), at kilometer 127.580. Built between 1831 and 1836, it responds to the need to maintain the continuity of the roads over the canal without interfering with its hydraulic functioning, a central objective of the enlightened project of the canal.

The structure is resolved by means of a segmental arch, a low arch that reduces the overall height while maintaining its stability. The span has an approximate clearance of 7.30 meters and a height of nearly 3.80 meters. The bridge reaches a length of approximately 23 meters, with a variable width between 8.50 and 11 meters and a total height of 6 meters. It is constructed entirely of limestone ashlar, a material characteristic of the Canal de Castilla due to its strength and durability. Stone parapets are located at the base of the arch, and the abutment on the right bank is bordered by a walkway beneath the span, which allowed for the continuity of the towpath, integrating vehicular traffic and canal maintenance.
For visitors, the Palazuel Bridge offers a clear and accessible way to understand the relationship between engineering, roads, and landscape. Naturally integrated into its surroundings, it invites visitors to explore the canal and appreciate a simple yet effective structure, designed to last.
