From Dueñas to lock 39, in Cubillas de Santa Marta

This section of the Canal de Castilla runs for 9.7 kilometers between Dueñas and Cubillas de Santa Marta. The route is mostly comfortable, with well-maintained paths along much of the way. Along the route, you can see features such as locks, bridges, and structures linked to modern infrastructure that interact with the canal. Although some points require detours due to the highway, there are easy alternatives to continue the route.
